Oh My. That. was sooo good. I'm too stuffed to crop and size pictures for posting. Will do that tomorrow. One confession - I added a little red onion to the salsa and a fresh jalepeno. Very good. I also overcooked the steak a little. I like medium rare and it was medium. But for the first time cooking flank steak it was super tender and really flavorful. Thanks Boo! and I have left-overs for tomorrow's dinner. Rob's a happy man.
