When I first heard this, I was rather delighted at the news! I mean, c'mon, it's gotta be FIERCE, right?!!

As a member of a teen hangout called Gaia Online, I knew I had something that most of the Project Runway/Christian Siriano fans here probably hadn't heard! I am the mother of three teenagers....all girls! When they started playing on Gaia, I was content to just know where they were and that the site was basically ok. It was then that I discovered the joy of creating an avatar and earning gold to buy things for my avatar! I swear, I must have no life!!

Back to the point...

On May 16th, we're having an "event" called Prom Crashers. Honestly, it's some silly forum guided event where we'll get some stupid item for our avatar in the end. To get dressed for the event, we have stores to buy some fancy dresses, tuxedos, suits, or other wacky outfit of our own creation. The best part? Gaia has brought Christian in (and he has his own avatar/art) to commission him to make some lovely dresses/suits for our avatars!!

I wanted to add a pic, but every time I crop and resize, it does something weird. In order to view the actual site, you'd have to take the time to register and create an avatar to get past the sign is page. Dang! The good thing about Gaia is that they never send you anything after the first 'welcome' email. *shrugs*

If I get the pics to work, I'll be back to edit the post to add 'em!
