You're telling me someone that hypersensitive -- a man who's constantly on the lookout for something he can take as a personal offense and making things up to fill the gaps -- doesn't know what the point spread is at all times? I'm not going to argue that Sanchez hasn't gone so far backwards this year as to wind up in Pop Warner. But I know Tubya is only the solution for jersey sales and making the owner happy. As far as wins go? Not quite. So the primary has lost his focus -- gee, wonder why -- and the secondary is more like the septiary. .500, here they come -- if they're lucky.
The Patriots can take the AFC East. It's not as if the competition is any more competent.

Am I the only person who believes that the Detroit Lions are probably the worst-coached team in the NFL?
Even Pat Shurmur with the Cleveland Browns is doing a better job than Jim Schwartz with the Lions. The last NFL coach that I saw mishandle talent this badly was . . . Gregg Williams, when he became head coach of Buffalo in 2001-03. Maybe that's why he started employing bounties.
