Hi all,
There is a new sport-based reality format in Finland called The Winning Team. It's focused on a brand new sport, called Leet, which no-one has ever played before.
"A completely new and innovative team sport payed with unique sticks and balls inside the glamorous custom arena, Leet has been specifically created to level the playing field and provide everyone with an equal shot at sports stardom".
I am involved with the show myself (full disclosure, so please don't heckle me for posting this as my first post) - which is now up to episode 2 on MTV3 (Finland's largest commerical channel) and airs during weekend primetime - but would be very interested to know what the general opinion of the sport itself is. I think it looks great, but please let me know your thoughts!
You can watch it through katsomo.fi and by typing "Voittajajoukkue" into the search engine. It's in Finnish, but just skip ahead to see the sport itself (in episode 2 onwards).
Look forward to hearing your opinion. Could it take off?
