This came from realitybbq.com:According to Jun, who apparently saw the contract but was not asked to be on BB7 (why the hell wouldn't they ask ALL the winners back?!?), the players ARE allowed to say "I'll split the money with you if you take me to the final 2 and I win" this season. I don't know if the contract states they have to stick to their word, though  Joe Brooks adds: Verbal contracts are binding in California. Proving that the verbal contract took place is easy because of feeders and video footage feeders capture. If this is true I am really annoyed, I think allowing the HG's to split the money makes for very bad game play and a very bad show, imagine if Boogie won HOH and knew the threat Will posed to the house decided to nominate him despite the fact that they were friends. Think of the fireworks that would cause, hence a more interesting show. Instead we have Boogie hanging onto Will like velcro.
