I'd like to know why the producers let Randi get away with saing "Dawg" a zillion times, and let Paula go on and on about how wonderful a performance is, but they only let Simon say 3 words and then the music comes up?Not like I'm a big Simon fan, but he's the only one who actually gives real criticism. All Randi can say is "Dawg" and all Paula can do is tell each one that they are "going to win this thing!" I have gotten to the point where I Tivo each episode so I can Fast Forward through all of Randi and Paulas evaluations. Anyone else feel the same way? --Donna :~)

They cut him off because he takes so long to deliver his criticism. He thinks he's so witty and he loves to make analogies and use metaphors in describing someone's peformance. I think he often sounds ridiculous. Just SAY it, you idiot.

That is so funny, your post made me smile. I TIVO quite a bit myself so I don't have to watch the group performances. I think those are cheesy with the audience waving their arms back in forth, like they are at the most fabulous concert ever!! I love Simon, he makes me laugh, he says what we all think.
