I think that for the next season you should have teenagers try out to be Americas next top model. Many teenagers have what it takes to be a model so i think they should have a chance to.

I don't think it is that they are saying teens can't model (as many models are younger than 18).
I think it is legal and liability issues that are different between someone who is a legal adult and one who is not.

I think the biggest reason they don't let teens try out is because of the television show rules. If they had under 18s on there, they'd be required to have tutors, put those girls in class for a certain number of hours a day, and be limited on the amount of time they could be filming each day. That's a lot of logistics to add into the mix, as well as cost.
If everyone has to be 18, then the producers don't have to worry about any of that.
