I am so glad that I am not that caught up in this season. I have been keeping up to date but not following the live feeds. OMG! I lvoe the frescata sammimches. I had the turkey club one last week and was very impressed. The turkey basil pesto one was the first one I had. The sauce worked out well for the General Tso's last night, so I'm having leftovers. I sauteed diced chicken breasts, carrots, broccoli, zuchinni, mushrooms and green pepper. The sauce recipe (whisk all ingredients in bowl, then add to cooked meat & veggies): 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root 3/4 cup white sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup room temp chicken broth I think I'd cut the sugar down next time to around 1/2 cup. It tasted good, but I think less sugar would be just as good & a little healthier.   Top

My son and I were there for a couple months (April/May) just before he started classes in summer session, preceding his freshman year. DW and DD just got their immigrant visas (at long last!), so we'll be there as a reunited family once again. I'm excited about being back, with my folks and most of my family and friends living there. The next task after getting there will be finding work (already in progress!).   Top
