ejm92 2221 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Roller Coaster Inaugurator" 05-17-04, 11:21 PM (EST) "AI3 Anti-Bootee Game, W9 Results/W10 Entry" Well, we're down to the final week of regular competition as Idol only has three contestants remaining. Here are the lone three players who have survived to this week, and our leader djk is the only player to have survived the whole game so far without being booted out....congrats!!! We also welcome sodiumswirl to the top three, after last week being the only bootee to not pick Latoya. Congrats as well! Here are the standings after 9 weeks... 54 - djk 13 - ejm92 (1) - sodiumswirl These scores are only after the safe picks for the week....I'll update asap with bonus scores. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Week 10 Rules - Things are changing slightly this week, since we only have three Idols left. You must choose at least one Idol for your safe list, and you will gain 10 points for each safe Idol that is on your list. So, if you feel confident enough to choose two Idols as safe, you can get a 20 point bonus. If you choose the booted Idol, however, you're out of the game and back into the pool of bootees....but you'll be tough out of luck, because this week's entry is the final entry in which booted players can make it back in for one final shot. And the final three Idols, as brought to you by Ford... Fantasia Barrino Diana DeGarmo Jasmine Trias Deadlines: This week, I have bonus questions for Tuesday and Wednesday's shows. The bonus questions for Tuesday will be due Tuesday by showtime, and the bonus for Wednesday will be due before showtime on Wednesday. Your safe picks will be a little different this week than any other week. Your initial safe pick is not due until Wednesday's showtime, however, you can gain a 5 point "Early Bird" bonus if you submit your picks before the performances on Tuesday. Best of luck, here are the bonus opportunities...... ----------------------------------------------------------------- Randy Man Bonus - This week you'll have the same shot as always to guess how many times Randy will say "man" on this week's Tuesday broadcast. 8 points if you're right on, 5 if you're off by one, 3 if you're off by two, and 1 if you're off by three. Good luck! ----------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday Bonus - Same deal as every other bonus question set we've had this season, these will be due by showtime on Tuesday. 1. Which Idol will be the first to perform on Tuesday? (3) 2. Which judge will be the first to say their critiques after each performance this week? (2) 3. How many of the Idols will perform at least part of one of their songs in the crowd this week? (2) 4. How many times will Randy give a standing ovation for a performance? (3) ----------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday Bonus - Same rules, except these aren't due until showtime on Wednesday. 1. How many of the Idols will cry on Wednesday's show? (3) 2. Which Idol will stand in the middle when Ryan announces the bootee? (3) 3. Which judge will be the first to mention Jasmine's name (on Wednesday's show, not from Tuesday's clips..."None" is an acceptable answer)?
