Here is what we know (or think we know) so far for both tonight, and Wednesday's finale. Please note, my spoiler source of choice is MJ's Big Blog, and that is where I am gathering the information and on which I base the confirmed/unconfirmed notation. Her track record this year on spoilers is amazing. Final Performance - Tuesday Contestant's Pick David A - "Imagine" * CONFIRMED * David C - "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" * CONFIRMED * Coronation Song - Also picked by the contestant David A - "Here I Am" * UNCONFIRMED * David C - "No Turning Back" * UNCONFIRMED * Clive Davis Pick No confirmed spoilers yet. I guess in some aspects AI is beginning to learn something from its viewers. Both of these songs fit both guys to a "T". I am so glad they allowed a non-ballad to be Cook's song. Even though it is widely thought of as a joke and a cliche they continue to push this crap on us? I thought they were trying to change and update themselves? Can't they get proven songwriters? Two winners the fans had gotten interested enough in to vote them the winner in their seasons? And from season 5 you can have the number 2, 3 and 4 be on the show and sing but not the number 1? No wonder the ratings are down! You can't get out of your own way due to contracts/who manages whom/bs. Let's see--Kat M, Elliot Y, Kellie P, Chris D, Kimberly L, and Bo B all got invited back to sing this year (did I forget any other past idol who performed since Hollywood week?).
