PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are

with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

That's great. With her huge voice, she should be on stage. This is wonderful news for her.

Good for her. I always thought she was the one who should win it this year anyway. "Now I will believe that there are unicorns..." William Shakespeare; "The Tempest"

She's going to be playing the bag lady, the Season's of Love Soloist and Joanne's mother, this is a pretty prominent secondary player. She will do beautifully.Good for her, very happy she's got this chance. She sooooo would have won this competition. (c) 2002, 03 IceCat Originals, Inc. All rights reserved.

This is why I've thought that AI did her a favor. She disclosed something in her past that in some people's eyes (not mine, FYI) make it questionable to promote her as an American Idol. But since she has such a boatload of talent, they made sure to let America know who she is and how gifted she is so that she can get the opportunity for stuff like this.So everybody wins. The producers didn't have to worry about how her past would affect their promotion of her, and Frenchie gets the chances to shine that she deserves. Well Said Bebo, and I agree 100%.I too am glad for her. Good luck Frenchy! And by the by Bebo. Did you read the opinion on the second to last page of the N&O today, about Clay's version sung at the Bull's game? This guy said he should not have sung it his way, he should have sung it straight up and not embelleshed it. Check it out if you have not already. It is astonishing how foolish humans can be in groups, especially when they follow their leaders without question - States: The Bene Gesserit View. All States Are an Abstraction.

And by the by Bebo. Did you read the opinion on the second to last page of the N&O today, about Clay's version sung at the Bull's game? Oh, I always read the Letters to the Editor, because then I can laugh at how many ridiculous people live in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. Some of those letters are hysterical! My Evil soul loves it when people assert their stupidity in a public forum. At least today the section wasn't dominated by people arguing about what does and doesn't belong on the comics page. There are some people who are really picky about how the anthem is sung. In many cases, those people are the same ones who are so tone deaf that their renditions of the anthem would cause Francis Scott Key to roll over in his grave. My opinion? Frankly, I've heard so many over the top performances that I typically prefer the anthem done without embellishment. But I heard Clay's version on TV, and it was wonderful. I didn't find anything disrespectful about it. Bebo says...919 beats 205 - I am your American Idol and the Baroness of Babedom.
