No one wants the golden girl on the show again this season....get real.The public wants to see Estella as the bachelorette since she was duped by lousey Bozo Bob. "RE: It should be Estella not Jen" Hello janicensd.Thankyou for your post.That series of the batchelor was real interesting.I felt that Bob had not made the correct choice in choosing Estella ultimately(although she was a rather flirtatious person)and perhaps that`s why Bob chose her.Maybe he felt they had a good physical/sexual connection.Who knows? Jen,now was she the cute short little runner up who had about 5 or 6 older women living with her who were her grangmother and mother and aunties? I thought she was better suited to Bob and would provide a more fun and varied existence for Bob-but I guess he didn`t see it that way!! As I am from Australia I am not aware of the 'duped' status of Estella as you put it.Can you or some one else fill me in on what has happened? Did Bob dump Estella after the shows conclusion and get with Jennifer?   Top

Wasn`t Meredith so boring and bored herself.When her Grandmother died and she and Bob went down to visit her grave for the first time since she passed,it is my opinion that in this moment,Bob felt at his most bored with Meredith.She decided to continue with him and lay all of her'so called' grief on him that he decided to not continue with her.Yawn yawn yawn was my appraisal of the 'devastated' Meredith.Did she find love in her own program as batchelorette,or hasn`t it aired yet? I too was a fan of Estella and thought she was one of the most elegant and femine women on the program.The way she tripped was also handled with extreme grace-I loved that moment.Estella has been one who`s also maintained her dignity throughout this whole saga and she deserves happiness.What do you think,Ryrie Ray?   Top

"RE: It should be Estella not Jen" Actually, Estella was the least flirtatious of the last three, Mary being one of them who almost had sex in the shower on public TV and she got her own show. Jen was never on this episode. She was on another show and was the winner. She actually moved in with the guy and they lived together for a year I believe tey eventaully broke up for normal reasons. I think and so do those I work with that Bob was on the show to promote a CD that never made it and he dumped Estella who seemed really sweet immediately after the show. At least this is what the public thinks from what I hear. The second runner up Kelly Jo and from what I read she is happy in a committed relationship. She seemed really nice too but a little easy if you know what I mean.   Top

But Mary,my god,she was truily over the top in that 'shower scene'.How could one have forgotten her in that!It was like a scene from a softcore porn film.Utterly tasteless!It should have been edited in my opinion-but I guess these TV executives have other ideas.Judjing from that performance,it doesn`t suprise me that she got her own show.She really does express herself in more ways than one doesn`t she?   Top

I haven't watched the show at all, but it seems like she's changed in the past two years or so. I disagree that Estella would be any better. I'm sure that she, more than anyone, knew what she was getting into with Bob. Not being with him anymore is no great loss. Reality shows that don't/didn't bite: Lost, The Amazing Race, Beg Borrow & Deal, The Wild Rules, I Wanna Date a Race Car Driver, American Dream Derby Reality shows that bit but I watched anyway: Love Cruise, The Bachelor(ette), Joe Millionaire, Married By America   Top

Unfortuanately Estella got chosen by the pig and was probably hurt more than the rest. A group of us were discussing it at work yesterday and the consensus was it would please the public ig ABC made it up tp her. We would all breathe a sign of relief.   Top

I don't think she should. But again, I fail to see how Estella was hurt much by being chosen and dropped by Bob. She had to know that Bob wasn't serious when they dated on the show. And the relationship fizzled out so quickly after that that there couldn't have been much trauma there.   Top

Yes I thought Kelly Jo was better for him in Estellas place but I bet she is glad she didn`t win! Everyone I know was watching intently, making bets on the whow, having weekly get togethers to watch it...Remember two of the losers got their own shows...Meredith and Mary. Estella seemed like such a sweet china doll. I remember the show with her mom. It almost brought me to tears. Bob was a womanizer and it really looks to all of us that Estella was violated. She actually did the shower sceene and we all know what happened from there... Yes, she too got her own show and got to pick from the bachelors. She is engaged and supposed to get married next year I believe. She was older, clock ticking. Meredith was the one that looked older. Her grandma was dying and she stayed on the show instead of going home to be with her (not so nice)..she also got her own show. Kelly Jo - has a committed realtionship I believe. We wish her every happiness. Estella - who knows. She got duped by Bob who has been sleeping all over the place...she did not get another show?? Jen won and lived for a year with the Firestone hottie. They seemed happy per the media but eventually broke up for personal reasons. Now for some unknown reason she has another show?? She is attractive but (sorry Jen) barbie boring. My co-workers and family want to see Estella have another show. Seems like the perfect choice. Most of the public wants to route for her. She is every woman and we want her to have a second chance. What do you think?   Top

Except wasn`t her family and brother just so boring!She was attractive-and it doesn`t suprise me she got her own show at all.However I thought she appeared some what guarded during the intimate moments with womanising Bob(unlike the clock ticking tell all show all Mary!-if you know what I mean) Kelly Jo was wonderful-and so full of life-I thought she was better suited to Bob at the time(but now I guess she`s better off). The 'Firestone hottie' as you put it chose Jen who was not my first choice for him.To tell you the truth, I thought he was the most arrogant of all the Batchelors and because he had the Firestone fortune behind him I thought,that he thought he was "God".And if I had of been on that show with him as the Batchelor I would have been evicted very soon if not by his choice then by my own undertaking!I really didnt like him!! As for Estella -I agree with you-she was the one violated by Bob 'the womanising wolf',and if she wishes to expose herself like the way she did on TV and wants to have a crack at finding love again that way-then the Network should make it up to her.After all they owe her that much!However from what I read on these boards janicensd,Estella may have already found her 'soul man'.   Top
