Actually, it's "I dunno." Similar to "That's fer sure."
Rudie's showing the strain, but he's conserving his energy. Did you note the weak little cough from the hammock? Apparently the editing people are starting to play up the sympathy angle for Rudie. But I wouldn't write him off just yet.
whaddya think about that segment with the pseudo-military martial music in the background? They did all but drape him in the flag!
