The twins are my favorite team and I can't seem to differentiate them from each other. I've observed that Derek has the lighter voice although they sound the same. Aside from the quotes like "Drew! Most of the time, they wear different clothes, and at the beginning of the episode they give you some indicator, like one calling the other by name... But if you still have no idea (like me), you can try this... Derek is the married one, and he has a band around his right arm. Derek also has a dog-tag/necklace/string around his neck. Drew usually wears blue. I'm supposing Derek wears a wedding ring?   Top

Other than the wedding band, Derek's face is slightly longer and much narrower than Drew's. It's really pretty easy to tell because Drew's face is significantly much broader than Derek. I could differentiate them from episode 2-- gotta do that coz only one of them is single If you have a VCR, then I'd suggest that you pause when they were having their confessionals.
