What if? Like, maybe the twist will be players returning from different seasons? I'm thinking maybe before the tribes merge (like Ep3 or so) all three tribes will be fighting for their survival. Maybe a six tribe challenge...Tribe 1 will go up against the first boots from the first six seasons (Sonja Debb Diane Peter John5 Ryan6) and Tribe 2 goes against the 2nd boots from the first six seasons (BB Kel Jessie Patricia Tanya Janet) and Tribe 3 against 3rd boots (Stacey Maralyn Carl Hunter Jed? Daniel)....this would be a HUGE twist and the bootees would get a chance to redeem themselves (Kel Janet), the weak could prove they were strong enough to stick around (sick/old), and the strong could get their revenge (Daniel Ryan Hunter) for an early boot. This is just a suggestion....an interesting twist IMO. Of course it satisfies my selfish wants for Mad Dog and Janet to return into the game.....but I also think it gives a reason for an older woman to return into the game (the oldest to start is Kathy and she isn't THAT old) I think MB was wise to not include an older woman in the first three tribes originally because she would be the first boot without a doubt.
Also, they wouldn't need to include Nicole RyanS or Lillian because they already got their second chance......plus it would be a way for MB to re-introduce some classic and dare-I-say fan-favorites back into the mix. Plus these people didn't really recieve that much of a chance to play the game because they were booted early and it would be fun to see what some of them could pull off (I doubt any of them would make 2nd place again Lillian so no need for everybody to freak out again).
