attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are

Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

LAST EDITED ON 09-19-03 AT 03:29 PM (EST)LAST EDITED ON 09-19-03 AT 03:27 PM (EST) It was very amusing, and I was looking forward to more total consternation from the victims of Rupert's raid. Perhaps post merge he lies about being the one who stole the stuff and then they find out? Or he points the finger (brutally, brilliantly) at someone else? Will the same stuff get "stolen" back next week, and that's when they'll realize it was taken in the first place? Anyway, just wondering if the Big Lie has something to do with the theft and/or Rupert. The lack of comments in confessionals and Nicole's a.m. chats about this tactic was weird. >

>Will the same stuff get "stolen" >back next week, and that's >when they'll realize it was >taken in the first place? I don't think the same stuff will get stolen back. I think Drake bartered everything away, so there is nothing of their original items left to plunder. ~lroy

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Drakes barter away most, if not all, of the shoe booty?Given the relative lack of intelligence displayed last night by the Morgans, they probably don't even realize yet that their shoes are gone. You can pay me now, or you can pay me later.

I was looking forward to their consternation, too. Maybe those fools each believes that someone else on their own team used the shoes as barter for some of their food. They each ran off in different directions, so they may not even realize they were plundered.

My take is either the editors didn't feel it was important or they could have thought that their items were stolen by the locals - will have to wait and see if this comes up
