Spokesperson" 08-09-00, 09:22 PM (EST) "Anyone else think Colleen gave up on the log?" ....just watch the questions she asked Kelly, then watch the way she fell off the log. ...that fall doesn't seem like a accidental fall, it looked too controlled. I agree with the other poster that she decided to give Kelly the prize, though for what reason I'm unsure, maybe she just figured the others are just such jerks.   Top

I agree she fell off purposely, but I don't think she did it to "give Kelly the prize". I figure her legs hurt (with those sores, who blames her?), and she knew she was getting the boot sooner or later, so she decided, what the hell. Poor Colleen really didn't stand a chance. She would've been voted off next week if she had gotten that immunity (I maintain that Rich needs Sean in the final 2 to stand a chance of winning)   Top

"RE: Anyone else think Colleen gave up on the log?" i don't think that she gave up. i know that i wouldn't after standing there for 3+ hours. i think that she thought she could take a quick step forward and regain her balance. it kinda sucks that she came so close to winning immunity. i'm sure that she is kicking herself now thinking that she could have lasted a little longer if she had only stayed balanced. shame on kelly, that backstabber trying to play both sides (and didn't do it too well) i hope sue really gives it to her next week.   Top

Colleen actually addressed that fall off the log this morning on the Early Show. She said that she wished she could say that she threw it, but actually it was both a physical and mental thing. She said her foot was numb, and when she moved a bit she lost her footing. She also said that her mind wasn't in it, she didn't care enough any more to concentrate any longer.   Top

I think that Colleen def did jump off the 2x4 intentionaly she thought that she had nothing to worry about because noone really said that she was disrupting the "routine as you will " she was no threat >> even rich said that colleen has nothing to worry about so why dosent she just end the thing! If you recall she asked Kelly " if i jump off do you think that i will get voted off , she said not by me anyhow!
