PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"Missed Clue" |
LAST EDITED ON 10-18-01 AT 11:27 PM (EST)A fairly good clue as to which tribe was going to win immunity was in the very last piece, on the very last page of the CBS Episode Summary. It looked too obvious to me. But, could it mean anything for next week? I'm stubborn...still think it looks too obvious. http://www.cbs.com/primetime/survivor3/show/episode01/story5.shtml

2. "RE: Missed Clue" |
LAST EDITED ON 10-20-01 AT 10:35 AM (EST)That is probably a good sign...maybe it wasn't so obvious afterall. Tree Mail (subject: Immunity Challenge): You survived your first night Can you prevail Or be left in the dust As you blaze a trail Oh the dreaded first challenge You know you must win Or the game may be over Before you begin I found it odd that they put that as the very last item in the summary. It just looked out of place there to me. Why not put it in the previous section where they are talking about Immunity? I do not recall (and that could just be memory loss on my part) them quoting tree mail before. But I thought it could mean that whichever tribe lost the first IC could be in a lot of trouble. But then I wrote it off as too obvious - just CBS screwing around with our minds. Of course, it is easier to say it looked like a clue after the fact knowing that Boran lost 2 in a row.

Actually, Silas and lindsey read the tree-mail. Silas read it at the mail-tree, and Lindsey read it to the tribe. Or something like that. But it was definitely read.

They read both of them. Those self-gratifying whores. (The poem writers, I mean.)
