Glad to see you! Allow me to introduce myself, I am MJewel and I will be your new hostess for the LOD. Scarlett will be unable to hostess due to her schedule. We will miss her very much as hostess of LOD! I will do my best to uphold the traditions of the LOD Game and maybe add a couple twists of my own <grin>. If anyone has any ideas for the game please pm me your ideas...any suggestions would be welcomed. I also want to add a big, huge THANK-YOU! to Tribe for the graphics in the game . If you are interested in playing in this season's Luck of the Draw Game, please see the following rules and sign up below! RULES Each week I will post between 6 to 12 "happenings" with positive or negative point values for each one. (Example: 1PT Each time your survivor is shown eating). This will be posted before 12 noon each Tuesday before show time. Each week, you will be asked to pick one survivor. Please put your survivor’s name in the Subject Line. Depending on the number of players we have this year, a survivor may or may not be picked a maximum of 2 times, so please put the survivor's name in the subject line and if it is the first or second time they have been picked. (Example: Tina-1, Tina-2). You must make your pick by 5 pm EST the day the show airs. If you fail to make your pick by this time, than you will be forced to walk the plank! In other words, you will be eliminated from the game. After all picks have been made, I will draw out of my lucky Pink Pittsburgh Steeler Cap (yes, I did say pink <grin>) the name of another survivor who will also play for you (along with your pick). Your draw pick will be posted before show time each week. Your total score will be the combined points that your pick and draw survivors generate. Each week I will post your weekly and accumulative scores. The player(s) with the highest weekly score will have first pick for the next week’s show. I will post a specific time they have to make their choice by and if they have not picked before that time - picks are open to all. Each week, I will eliminate the players with the two lowest scores until we have reached a 1 to 1 ratio (1 LOD player to 1 Survivor). From that point forward, the player with the lowest accumulative score will be eliminated from the game each week. The one exception to the elimination process will be non-posters. They will always be eliminated before low scorers. I am going to continue the double your weekly score bonus. That is, if your survivor draw is the same as your survivor pick you will double your weekly score for the week. I am adding a bonus to the sign-up this year. Pick 5 survivors you think will make it to the merge. You can either pm this to me or post it in your sign-up post. For each of your survivors on your list that make it to the merge, you will receive 25 extra points. As an additional bonus...If one of your five survivors on your list is also your pick and/or your draw for the merge episode week and of course make it to the merge you will receive 100 bonus points for that pick and/or draw. The bonus is optional...you do not have to play it. If you are playing the bonus I must receive it (either in your sign-up post or by pm) before the first show airs. Thanks! This game is open to all! (Look for the first weeks entry to be up in a few days). Secret Bonus: Mention anywhere in your sign-up post..."Here we go Steelers...here we go" and you will receive 25 bonus points on your first entry score   Top
