I think it's a possibility.
Woogie may have done that to assure no one else gives the phrase a try. I wouldn't put that past them. Can you imagine the apoplexy on the production side?
I thought nothing would be revealed - no winner announced - until just before Thursday's show.
That's the lovely thing about a Chenbot announcement - it can be twisted into any meaning the production staff deems necessary for drama.
Note: He may well have gotten the phrase correct. If so, I object. It's not *commonly* used in the BB house. (Unless it's part of one of the word definitions on the walls.)
Or, Julie might have meant, "It's a phrase that *applies* to the BB house." That would have an entirely different meaning than "It's commonly used in the BB house."
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.
