Donald employs a comb-over because he's stuck in the 70s and he deals with negativity by brushing it under the carpet.
Carolyn grows her bangs too long, because she's ashamed to show her face in Trump's organization.
George has no hair because he worries about what Donald has become, and he doesn't know what to do about it. He just knows that Donald's father would be ashamed of him.
