According to Burnnett:
- they keep voting for until they break the tie. They can only vote for the people who tied. According to Gervase:
- there is one re-vote. If they do not break the tie there is a competition. 1- either there was no tie in the game
2- The tie was broken on the first re-voting, since Gervase (who was there) disagrees with MB on this part.
