PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"Rich could win!" |
Ok, so we hear these voted off castaways talk about all these different people and how they really are on the island. Gervase and Jenna liked Rudy and he was a good guy. Gervase didn't like Sue. We never hear them talk about Rich! Why? Because maybe they are afraid the may spoil something. Jenna talked a little about Sean and his ABC strategy. Gretchen mentioned Kelly briefly. But I don't remember them ever talking about Rich, ever! And then think about this. Rich has been portrayed as good (at the beginning when he learned to fish), evil (power hungry leader at the merger), and changed back to good in the last episode. Look at Burnett's comments. Rich would match what Burnett said the winner would be like. And we all know Burnett wants to fool everyone. But could his ultimate goal be to get people wanting for more. Like in rhe next Survivor? What would we want more of, a surprise that leaves us bitter. He knows that we would be a little bitter if Rich wins. But at the same point we would come back for the next one, hoping that a good guy can win the sequel. We would. Rich has gotten the most airtime the whole series. You think Survivor, you think if him right away. And if the Ultimate Survivor is actially a survivor, who better then the man who carried the rest of the show on his back, by feeding them. Yeah, he would be a shock now. To all the maniacs like us, and to John Q. Public, who misses an episode or two, they will still think he is oging bye. WE will see. But RIch could win.

1. "Markie B" |
But that would mean that Markie B, who sees himself as the successful producer of EcoChallenge and Survivor, would have fed false info to the National Geographic writer. Don't see how that could help him when he needs publicity in the future.

3. "RE: Markie B" |
Just a little response to the response. The last thing that Mark B "needs" is more publicity. especially from National Geographic. He has the top rated show in the country right now. He could tell everyone in the media to kiss off and Survivor 2 would still be the most watched thing on TV. I personally do subscribe to the theory that Rich could very well win the bucks. It looks to me that Rudy wins is a big Red Herring.

Someone who is on the same page as me. Will we be shocked?

2. "RE: Rich could win!" |
But, Marky Mark has done worse things to decieve. And, I don't think his actions after he comes home merit him winning it all. Ala police report filed on him beating his adopted child. However, what if he turns out to get close? He has shown enough capability and manipulative skill to get out of tight jams!
