Elizabeth probably had the very best credentials coming into Apprentice, but somehow she just wasn't made to be in front of the camera. I got a hint early on that whenever the camera faces her that somehow she doesn't seem to be herself....Albeit, a nice women; I think the media/producer focus too much on her downside....Do they realize that they're ruining someones reputation?

I did say the word "probably"....not "definitely" or "obviously".
Elizabeth excelled in Univ. with a 4.0 GPA and she does own and run Pulse40, Inc., ...etc....
I check out Pamela, but theres no access to 'about me'....but I'll take your word on her background.
Between them whose better? I can agree with you on a tie....
BUT by age comparison, I would have to say Elizabeth by far, because she's only 26 and has better credentials than Pamela when she was 26 awhile back.

I think Elizabeth is probably a very nice girl but as a leader she wasn't convincing at all. I thought maybe on her 2nd chance she'd do better but she repeated all the same mistakes and made some more. And she kept saying "I'm scared" in every sentence whenever discussing something. Something a leader should never say to his people!

to be in front of the camera ALL the time. It's a task in and of itself. You have to be extremely focused and self assured. Experience helps..... and a good coach. She'll be fine.
