LAST EDITED ON 10-29-04 AT 11:50 AM (EST) Donald was actually pretty sneaky on this one, or was that someone else's idea? Hmmm... My theory is that the winning apprentices got to see their work, in this case the commercial, on a big screen TV in front of the whole world. It's a trailer for when they get home because..... then the losing apprentices get to see their work, in this case the entire sequence of events (minus creative editing), on a not-so-big screen TV in their living room in front of the whole world to see, so they can critique their "efforts." If I use air quotes on either side of my head, does that make me an airhead? I think it's due time that we thank Kelly for that gratuitous back story he so eloquently shared with us on that dog day afternoon..... thanks for sharin' Kell. You made a man outta me! Who knew a sex change operation would feel so "good?"   Top

Donald is getting cheap on the work/reward program. They got a limo ride to a big screen and seen their advertisement live.. big deal. No one who see's it knows or cares it was the Apprentice guys and gals who produced it... Rumor is though... sorry for the spoiler.... is that the limo was spotted going through the McDonald's drive thru... so they ate their BigMac's in style. Ohhh.. don't get the special sauce on the leather.   Top

I was a little shocked too, at the lameness of the "reward" as we saw it but can only hope it included a tour of Manhattan and a good dinner as well! While it would feel great to see my work on the huge Times-Sqaure-O-Vision monitor, I would still be thinking of the cool trips and rewards the other got before me. C'mon Donald!
