"I'm angry as hell and i'm not gonna take it anymore!"
Yes I am a disgruntled Blake and Paige fan. But I'm not gonna ##### and moan about them not winning the race. In the end, getting lost in San Fran did the Smileys in. Chris and Alex won the thing fair and square.

My problem? Couldn't these two have been edited better? First Rob and Brennan, two guys i didn't even know were participants in the race til they got to the final three, and now Chris and Alex. Maybe all four of these guys are nice in real life, hell if i know, but the show edited them to be extreme bores. If it wasn't for Chris(or was it Alex? I still can't tell these two apart) hitting on Tara these guys wouldn't have had one single interesting thing about them. I'm begging the show to allow the winning team of TAR3 to be edited in a way that makes them either A)Likable or B)Evil as hell.

I do have to admit that i got a major kick out of seeing these two pass up Tara and Wil in the victory path, if only to see Tara and Wil chew each other out for about 10 minutes(right next to the mat mind you) before they eventually touched down for 2nd. The only thing that would have been funnier is if Blake and Paige would have ran past them to claim 2nd while they were bitching up a storm.

In conclusion, my ramblings aren't even making any sense to me anymore. I retire from the message board...that is until I post another message. Peace out, suckers!

At first, I liked Chex I really did. They showed some gumption when their bus broke down and they changed the tire for the driver. Alex spoke some Portugese while they were down in South America. They just kind of got ignored and got edited as leeches when they allied with Tara and Wil. I would have felt similar if Mama Kim had won S3 or someone like Vee won S4.

Managerr, I've noticed that you and I think alike a lot of the time. Although unlike you I never liked Chex. And I also felt let down that they won the race.

I would have felt similar if Mama Kim had won S3 or someone like Vee won S4.
--That's how I feel about all 5 contestants who are left (well maybe except Kathy, but that's just a maybe). I feel that they aren't the typical final 5 power players who are deserving of the money. I'm used to seeing a "Richard Hatch," "Colby," or "Lex" who kicked butt in the immunity challenges and such, deserve to be there. And speaking of Vee, did you read my new signature quote? By the way, I don't think Vee will really win, but I liked Richard Hatch's quote.

"Vee will win Survivor. Not because she's such a good player - after all, she's aligned with Sean, who is an idiot - but rather because she is lucky."--Richard Hatch in US Weekly

I am also a Blaige fan and I have to agree with you, Chex were just boring most of the time. It's actually weird; I do not like Wil/Tara but during the footrace, I was actually begging for them to win.

--same here! I was rooting for blake and paige to win all show, but once I saw that they were out of it, I was rooting for Tara/Wil. THis occurred during the foot race. Even though i hated Tara/Wil all season, I hated Chex much much worse. That combined with the fact that I was beginning to feel sorry for Wil, made me root for them. Although, 45 seconds out of an entire season of rooting for Tara/Wil isn't great I guess.

Same here..
I was hoping Chris and Alex would trip or something...
Wil and Tara nearly had it...
I can't believe the producers let this last portion of the race be physical... the only thing Team Chex has going for them... if it was anything otherwise.. they would've probably come in last.

I have to admit I got a little teary watching Paige's eyes well up during their cab ride. Anyone know how far behind they really were? They were the first ones out of the airport...what happened?

Rather then the editing, I'm more frustrated with the game setup. Reviewing what happened, the ending itself was predictable. By creating 2 different logjams (the night in the igloo and the flight out of Alaska with very little to accomplish in SF) the producers virtually guaranteed a very close ending. OK, I can see where that is to the producer's benefit.

But to add a half mile run at the end leaves the producers in the position of having picked the winner. In the end, it came down to a foot race. All Chex needed to do in SF was keep reasonably close to the lead team through the 2 tasks they had to accomplish - not exactly a tough thing to do. Chex virtually could not lose barring a major mistake ala B/P. Realistically, Twil had very little chance once they made it to SF. If either team stays clost, Twil cannot win the half mile run to the finish line.

Personally, while I'm sure that I will change my mind by the fall, last night caused me to question whether TAR was worth the time.

I so agree with you Spartan. The producers have really dropped the ball. I was exhausted watching them run all over San Francisco and then to have it end in a foot race!?--truly a 'fixed' race.

I taped all the episodes for TAR2 but rarely watched the complete episode each week. My primary feeling last night was relief it was over. I will try to stay focused come fall. I was able to give up Survivor for 3 seasons. My husband has rehooked me for this one. BUT the involvement is on a much lesser scale. Thank God.

Seriously eh? Editing should at least make some semblance of sense:

B/P: "Oh I love you, you did your best and I'm proud of you."

C/A: "We are obviously the greatest team ever. Everyone else sucks."

T/W: "*$&#( @*&(% )($&(*#% (%&#($#"

Now let us never speak of S3 again.
