Depending on context I can see Ciera saying this. I can also see Monica expressing the idea that making a particular move may leave her 'out on a limb'.
I can also see Tina saying it regarding her dilemma playing against her daughter. Loved ones face off at Redemption Island for their final shot in the game.
Uh...Since Katie and Tina are the only loved ones at Redemption Island, it has to be them. Laura wins, leaving Katie and Tina to battle it out. And lots of tears afterwards.
With the post-show promos showing Tina say she would lose on purpose, I'm gonna say Tina wins. Meanwhile, castaways must test their knowledge of Survivor for immunity

I'd say Tyson wins. a heated tribal council could force a swing vote to exercise their power
"Could", in tease-speak, means "Won't". I give the heat all to Ciera's last stand, which will attempt to expose the rift between Tyson and Monica openly but fail to get Monica to switch sides.
