I disagree, and I will tell you why:

1. These people are "life coaches"; some "life coaches" only have a BS in Psychology and I'm not even sure what the qualifications of being a "life coach" are. However, they are NOT licensed to practice psychiatry such as, I believe, Dr. Stan is.

2. The "life coaches" I have had direct contact with are only "certified" - in other words, they have not gone to college for this specific degree. "Life Coaching" has only come into play during the past few years because of socioeconomic reasons.

3. Iyanla and Rhonda have bonded and agree with each other on most occasions. They are both tough, which is highly respectable. They also know their limits in how far they can take and/or help a person change and grow. Remember when Iyanla told Allison: "I can't take you any further. YOU have to do the rest yourself."

4. I think Iyanla has very creative ideas when it comes to the housemates facing their demons. Rhonda is more of a disciplinarian but, they both are extremely solid women as opposed to the young~sponge at the Chicago house. What was her name? See? That's how memorable she is.

Anyway, I believe what we, as viewers must realize is that it's easy to judge while we are sitting at home watching. Dealing with the housemates and their pasts/present/future lives is a doggone hard job. I commend both Rhonda and Iyanla for sticking to their guns and tellin' it like it is.
