I'll give it a shot... I don't record or anything and only watch the show once through when it airs so I might mix some stuff up and won't be able to catch everything... 
The show opened with Jill and Lisa in the kitchen, Lisa is asking Jill about a possible baking project with bananas. I suspect that Jill does a lot of the meal planning and cooking, remember how she directed most of their grocery shopping on their first trip to the store.
Next we see the ladies gathering together to have a group meeting in the morning. Iyanla walks in full of sunshine with a smile on her face. She checks in with the ladies and compliments them, noting that Jill's baggage neatly off to the side. Iyanla asks the ladies what one word description of themselves have they carried with them since childhood? It’s hard to remember what each lady said… Allison’s was fake; Lisa’s was lazy; Jill’s was fat; TJ’s was stupid… Ack I don’t remember the other two’s words. Anyway then they were supposed to think of the one thing they needed to hear the most when they were still a kid and journal about the role of words in their lives. Iyanla tells Allison that she will be meeting with baby Riley today to have a conversation with her about the things Allison needed to hear as a child.
Dr. Stan meets with Allison to talk about body image. He tells her that the negative words Allison uses to describe herself reinforce her negative body image. He talks about how negativism affects the body’s physiology. Further he says that changing your words will change your emotions. Allison says that she feels ashamed and damaged. When asked why she says that she caused her cancer, “It’s my fault!”
Rhonda meets with TJ to talk about integrity. TJ says that integrity is something that she strives for and values very much. Rhonda says that although TJ values integrity, she doesn’t do integrity and points out that TJ’s honesty is feeling based. Further she says, “You can’t have integrity when your worried of what others will think,” citing TJ’s sorrys as an example of lack of integrity. She leaves TJ in the box to write on the walls about how she feels when she faces her lack of integrity. When Rhonda returns they break out the communication window for Integrity with self & others. Rhonda explains to TJ that she must think before speaking and ask herself four questions about what she wants to say. Is what I’m about to say: Necessary, True, Helpful and Kind?
Dr. Stan meets with TJ to talk about communication. He asks her what she has learned. She starts talking but can’t look at him. He stops her and tells her that she needs to make eye contact with people to communicate effectively. She thanks him before he leaves.
Allison goes shopping to buy a gift for Riley, she picks out a cute outfit for her. Allison goes to the safe house / shelter for women with children under the age of 5. Here she meets with the director who tells her what the house is about and says that Riley has just woke from a nap and is 5 months old that very day. Allison says “So it’s like a birthday!” Riley’s mom hands her to Allison. The director says that mom will enjoy a break and they both leave Allison with Riley. Allison tells Riley that her mom will always love her.
Meanwhile the ladies meet for lunch in a restaurant. Everyone is talking about Iyanla’s assignment and the words that have affected their lives. Lisa talks about how surprised she was to learn that prostitute meant more than just sex for money and identifies why she thinks it was an appropriate description for herself. A man walks up to the table and says to Christina that she looks very familiar, could she be from Ohio? Everyone is a little embarrassed and concerned for Christina, but she manages to blow him off. Jessica and her retreat to the bathroom to compose themselves. They return and everyone speculates about the strange man. Lisa talks about change and enlightenment, what she thinks it takes to get there. TJ says to her, “I want to say something to you out of loving-kindness. You’re monopolizing the conversation and its feeling extremely overwhelming.”
Rhonda meets with the ladies to rally them together in support for TJ, but first she calls Jill out on not having her bags with her. Jill tries to justify herself by saying that she thought of all of the downstairs as the same place. Rhonda tells her she needs to call Iyanla about her assignment and asks her if she feels safe to do so. Jill calls Iyanla, I missed part of their exchange but Iyanla says to Jill “Look how you’ve made yourself the victim.”
Rhonda has the ladies meet with her at the pool where everyone gives TJ some feedback. Jessica says that she has dedicated a whole page in her journal to TJ’s wisdoms. Christina reads something she wrote down from visiting with TJ in the garden earlier. Someone says that TJ is much more pleasant to be around. Everyone cheers her on with clapper thingies and Rhonda takes them over to her box where they knock down the walls of her loneliness together. I missed some stuff in this exchange.
Iyanla meets with Christina to talk about boundaries. She asks about the incident in the restaurant. Christina talks about being uncomfortable and embarrassed. The man (Lou) walks in from the door behind Iyanla. Christina’s eyes get all big. Flash to confessional Christina describes him walking in and says she thought, “Oh my gawd, stalker!” Lou joins Christina on the couch. Iyanla asks Christina about what she will do if this happens for real when she is with friends, family or even her son. Lou role-plays with Christina, “Aren’t you that girl that gave me a lap dance at so-n-so’s bachelor party?” Christina says something along the lines of that’s behind me, can’t you see that I’m with my son… Lou says that a statement like that would definitely make him back off. Iyanla says “You do what you have to do,” then something about setting boundaries.
