So, I would say yes, a broken arm could most definitely be a med-evac...especially if there is deformity, and possible vascular compromise, and in particularly if there is a compound fracture.
Kourtney could well indeed be the med-evac out with a broken arm. Who knows, maybe she jumps into that netting in the very first challenge and bounces off and breaks her arm! It could happen...
