I don't think it would be unfair to have three people on RI and do the duels in the order they were voted out. That's the same as if the two weren't voted off the same day. So Keith vs. First Bootee Winner of that duel vs. Second Bootee I suppose if the first one was a really physical challenge, that wouldn't be as fair for the winner of the first duel. Hopefully, they won't do that.
