Thinking some more on this one:

As we know, SEG tends to schedule double tribals in the same episode slots as other seasons. Not for the viewer expectations, but for production reasons.

The "double eviction" teaser sounds more like the Julie/Steve eviction episode with the second IC held at TC, but I wonder if CBS is misleading us with that phrase.

Then came the double eviction episode.

The latter format, with a short challenge at TC, takes less time to run than a full double challenge double tribal. This matters because Ep 9 is the only episode that won't have a duel segment.

No duel means there is time to run a 2 separate IC's, 2 separate TC's episode. It makes sense to save the double eviction for Ep 10 (which will most likely feature a long duel segment with two back to backs). Or even Ep 11.

What do you all think about this teaser? Two cycle Double Tribal episode (1 day and 2 day cycles) or double-whammy single tribal with IC sandwich episode?
