I don't know if it should be obvious, since all the threads stating Trump is a woman hater, or racist. Here is why she was fired: No matter WHATEVER she will do, one small blemish was placed upon her record as an inept Maria calls her crazy, and little Asian girl Ivana crying and hiding in the corner, whether she increases profits/beats the men in a task by 100%, she will forever be marked as crazy. There were never any blemishes on Rancic's record-he was very clean cut, the only thing I could think of was that his feathers are ruffled in the finale, but doesn't micromanagement entail that? Staci J will forever be marked as crazy, even though it is probably not true, and no matter how good she is, she can't shave that off her record.
