Earl thinks it's in his best interests for Yau to trust him, and he's not worried about Yau having the idol. New fact: the ground gets hard to dig through by hand about six inches down. While the island is scoured (and Earl & Anthony) enjoy the view from the highest point), Yau digs at the cave's threshold, getting exactly nowhere due to having only the machete to work with and losing half his time to complaining about the lack of progress in confessional. Reward: the catalogs are back. Pick two items per tribe, winner gets all four, and we're playing a Judd event: sumo pillow shoves off the platform and into the mud. Now let's see -- who's still got strength? Right. Yau takes Stacey in a rare male vs. female matchup (and effectively apologizes), but that's Ravu's only win in the race to seven points. Moto wins and gets all four items -- including their third set of fishing gear. Rocky's only reward for pounding his chest and calling out James? Mud dinner. To go with his mud lunch and air breakfast. And Cassandra clobbers Rita. Twice. Earl to ExI, and the rich get richer. Oh what fun.   Top

Dremz and Cassandra realize there the odd ones out and are being treated as such. Dre can't figure out the procedure to make coffee and only after Alex requests instructinos do they get a clue. Stacy and Lisi are acting like a two-women power trip for Moto. Earl gets clue #5 and since it's another rehash of clues 1-3, he goes "Duh!" Ravu's girls: Rita and Michelle are girl-talking and it's driving Rocky crazy(ier). ETA: Alex has a small epihany: if they keep the tribes the same, and Moto runs the table in IC's, there's a small chance that Dre and Cassandra will bolt to the Remaining Ravu's and make the vote 5-5 (if the merge is at 10, that is...) Also, keep the two-woman power trip close, keep the outsiders as possible replacements...   Top

Over at Moto, Stacey & Lisi are acting like be-yotches who have an interest in the majority alliance and feel they can treat everyone outside it like dirt -- these being Dreamz and Cassandra. Alex, who can see it coming, paitently tries to explain the problem involved to Lisi: if they merge at ten after winning every Immunity the rest of the way, it'll be seven-three -- until Dre and Cass flip and create the tie. Lisi doesn't see a problem. Lisi thinks a tie is majority. Alex goes insane trying to get this across to Stacy and Boo, finally gets somewhere with Edgardo, and makes Moto reaffirm a committment to seven strong in front of the whole tribe. Dre's plan? Flip to Ravu at the merge and take Cassandra with him.   Top

Thirteen matching pairs, four dummies, and fourteen idiots. Moto wins 7-6. Yes, it was exactly that boring. Lisi took a faceplant in rushing onto the field and lost a turn when the rest of Moto made an 'Oh, no!' sound. That was the highlight. Moto wins, Ravu loses, and the world tilts on its axis, but it would have done that anyway. Such excitement. So many thrills. So little girl talk left after this vote.   Top

Rita thinks she has a group that wants it to be Anthony. Rocky really, really wants it to be Rita. Anthony can go next, but Rita's driving him more insane. Tribal Council. Rocky takes the blame for losing the challenge. Yau hopes his brains starts working again soon. Rita brings up girl talk as a means of distraction. Rocky wants to die, but only after Rita goes first. There is absolutely nothing which can be done to make this interesting, so we go to the vote, and Rita goes out 5-2. Jeff tells Ravu that the challenge showed they still have the will to win, and they need to hang onto that. Be nice if they had the ability to win, but that's probably asking a lot right now.
