Thanks to Q for the reminder. The Rules 1. Please put the name of your choice for this week's bootees IN THE SUBJECT HEADING! This is really easy. Just erase the bit where it says "Re: SurvivorBlows Tribe, It's Time to Vote!" and replace with your vote, i.e., Cindy. This makes it easier to tally votes quickly and accurately. Oh, and btw... nicknames are tougher to tally unless they're REALLY obvious without actually reading your vote. 2. Reply ONLY to this post! Curves on women are good. Curves on vote threads are bad. The first part bears repeating: I like curves on women (which would explain why I haven't seen any episodes this season). Y'know, I'm not sure if I've been clear enough about this. Curves on women are really great things. Y'know what else is good? A nice MLT. Mutton, lettuce, and tomato with just a little bit of mayonnaise. Mmmmm. EXCEPTION TO RULE 2! VOTE CHANGES! If it just so happens that you wanna change your vote for whatever reason, REPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL POST! Your new post heading should read "VOTE CHANGE: Danni (or Whoever)". That said, there is not an exception to the fact that curves on women are good. 3. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD! DO NOT TREAT IT AS SUCH! There are plenty of places on the Spoilers Forum to debate the merits of people's arguments. Let's keep it out of here, please. 4. No sig pics! It was suggested that because this can be such a long thread, sig pics make it really hard to load for folks with dial-up connections. So show some respect to your slower brethren (and sistren). And really, if I can refrain from flashing the greens at 100 posters, surely you can refrain just this once from extolling IceCat's animated glory, no? 5. Have fun. That's an order.   Top

Danni is the top candidate, Cindy still a possibility (though you raised excellent observations limiting the chances of a Cindy win). We might be set up for a S4 winner's edit - but if it's Cindy I can't help but wonder why we were never shown how and why she bled Nakum yellow up to the switch. Nah, you're probably right - unless things change drastically in the next eps... (I was somewhat surprised when I re-watched the S4 ending on OLN, that Vee wasn't as inveesible as I thought she was.) "GARY" I forgot to vote, seemed pretty unnecessary to weigh in really: I'll miss Gary. He was a good player who always kept his cool and wasn't afraid to try to negotiate. The swap hurt him. Tom Westman winning the preceding Survivor hurt him because the silver-haired fit guy couldn't fly UTR. Why not Judd? Well, the editing has been revving up the face time for the post merge bootees and the arcs have been stacked kind of like a sequence of waves coming in. Brandon, BJ, Jamie, Gary, and Judd's arc is one step behind Gary as I see it. Meanwhile, Cindy and Lydia are starting to get some notice as the pressure starts for them to play some game. Steph and Rafe have been playing all along. Danni is still lying low as the threats get taken out. I think this episode is Gary's swan song while the beginning of Judd's undoing takes the stage but doesn't culminate until next time. Game logic: it's just time. Gary is trying to weasel his way in to an endgame and Steph fears him. Dodged two TC's, third time he's out. Note: F7 = Steph's position in Palau. This time, she gets to boot the Tom figure at F7. Interesting symmetry. This was the point where Gregg said, if Steph isn't gone, this will turn out as the Steph story, and I think the same could be said of Gary this season. I think he has had the best story of any player in that he's been dodging bullets ever since the swap.   Top
