The Rules 1. Please put the name of your choice for this week's bootee IN THE SUBJECT HEADING! This is really easy. Just erase the bit where it says "Re: SurvivorBlows Tribe, It's Time to Vote!" and replace with your vote, i.e., Angie. This makes it easier to tally votes quickly and accurately. Oh, and btw... nicknames are tougher to tally unless they're REALLY obvious without actually reading your vote. 2. Reply ONLY to this post! Curves on women are good. Curves on vote threads are bad. The first part bears repeating: I like curves on women. Y'know, I'm not sure if I've been clear enough about this. Curves on women are really great things. Y'know what else is good? A nice MLT. Mutton, lettuce, and tomato with just a little bit of mayonnaise. Mmmmm. EXCEPTION TO RULE 2! VOTE CHANGES! If it just so happens that you wanna change your vote for whatever reason, REPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL POST! Your new post heading should read "VOTE CHANGE: Janu (or Whoever)". That said, there is not an exception to the fact that curves on women are good. 3. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD! DO NOT TREAT IT AS SUCH! There are plenty of places on the Spoilers Forum to debate the merits of people's arguments. Let's keep it out of here, please. 4. No sig pics! It was suggested that because this can be such a long thread, sig pics make it really hard to load for folks with dial-up connections. So show some respect to your slower brethren (and sistren). And really, if I can refrain from flashing the greens at 100 posters, surely you can refrain just this once from extolling IceCat's animated glory, no? 5. Have fun. I think this used to be an official rule that somehow fell by the wayside over the course of many cuts and pastes. Let it return to its former glory as an official rule.   Top

Last week, we were given two good reasons why Kim should be considered a boot candidate - lazy in challenges, and snuggled up with Jeff. I didn't trust my gut last week on Ashlee, and let myself be swayed with Jeff "spoilers", but I need more to go on this week. I do believe he's injured this episode and quits...in the IC. And this is a horrible setback for a team that just won its second straight reward challenge and had a chance to get back into this game. After all, win IC, and they're only one player down. But instead, they lose IC, and go three down. The remaining players want to make sure they give themselves a chance to get back into this game, while also making sure that those in the dominant alliance keep control. Having a snuggly pair threatens that alliance, so one must go. Injured vs. lazy...they'd rather keep injured. And besides, they'll have an easier time getting Ibe to go along with them if they keep a man, thus making a 4-3 male-female ratio. Doesn't mean the men will align to pick off the women, but it would make Ibe feel less threatened than going for the strong man. Gotta rope him in and keep him on the fringe of the alliance...for now.   Top

Reliable sources say he quits either the challenge or the game (or both!). He got a spike of D type confessionals which usually indicates a boot coming soon. The alliance on Ulong is James, Angie, and Stephenie, with Ibe on the outside but willing to vote against the Kim-Jeff cuddle alliance. BJ, the other vote up for grabs, wants a strong team. If Jeff is injured and costs them the challenge, BJ may decide Jeff is the right person to boot. Kim isn't stupid. She knows she was on the chopping block. I would be surprised if she didn't do everything she could to redeem herself this episode. Without Jeff's injury, it probably wouldn't be enough. However, with the injury factored in, she might be able to convince them she's more valuable. My gut tells me it's Kim going. My gut is almost never right. So I am choosing Jeff.   Top

Geez, what a loser tribe. Can't we boot both Kim and Jeff at once and get it over with?   Top

We know he gets hurt. We know the emphasis last week and in the promos, in terms of "most at risk", has been on Kim. That's misdirection. Kim's safe. Jeff's out.   Top

I've sprained my ankle many times in sporting activities. Can't put any weight on it - walking around without assistance less than 24 hours later. No biggie. **This tribe is a mess but they're not stupid. Jolanda was strong but would have further torn this tribe apart. Ashlee next. No strong guys will go while Kim is still around. Steph ain't gonna let that happen. Jeff and Kim target Angie, the rest vote Kim and she's out 5 - 2. Unless it's Jeff...   Top
