Let's put Kevin's rise to popularity in perspective... Geeky 16-year-old who has a decent talent... TV Personality gives you opportunity to live your dream and be SEEN by 40million people... Geeky 16-year-old then dumps girlfriend (ok, this was probably not a relationship that was going to last decades anyway) to possibly move his career forward... TV Personality isn't impressed with his lack-luster performance... Geeky 16-year-old insults TV Personality that has given him this opportunity... While I do not mind contestants going tit-for-tat with Simon -- there has to be - at least at a slight level - some respect for the person who is giving you this 1-in-a-million shot at fame. Until a few months ago, he was a NOBODY -- it is very foolish to bite the hand that is feeding you... I was actually hoping he would do well.
