I am from Tx and cannot believe his mother talked to Mere that way. So much for Southern Hospitality. I mean what independent, 30 year old, self employed women wants to be told to be subserviant from someone who definately isnt. And cant he stand up for himself? I had that thrown on me at 18 by a boyfriend and he had to go! Where was the Dad? he should have told his wife to chill out. I mean they knew she had three others to choose from so why jump on those bandwagons and instead give them a chance. If my mother in law was that involved in my life, I would have to set her straight real fast. Who are ya marrying, the MOM or the SON? Lanny should have been in the final three and his mouthy MOM(who claims to love him), the control freak totally shot him. Hopefully it was only in his foot and not his heart.
