JeffGator 1401 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Beef Jerky Spokesperson" 05-07-02, 04:20 AM (EST) "Big Brother Fans Unite" Ok, I'm a little concerned here...why are there only 45 posts total in this Big Brother Fanatic Board? I haven't been at Blows long enough to know...is it a new board or something? I hated BB1, but thanks to Will, Mike, and Krysta I loved BB2. Anyway guys, I am so psyched for BB3 to start. This will be my first time purchasing the live feeds and I can't wait to see what that will be like. I'm just wondering--although no one goes to the Big Brother boards right now, but with Survivor 4 ending May 19, and with BB3 starting this summer, will this become a big hangout? I sure hope so. I've dusted off my Chilltown Jersey (like the one Mike wore on the final episode) in anticipation of record crowds. Come on guys, don't let me down. Tell me in this post who will be alongside me this summer! "RE: Big Brother Fans Unite" Actually, the reason why this board has less posts is because it only came out when BB2 did....and because there are a lot more bashers for BB than fans (really, there's just a hell of a lot more to bash then there is nice things to say - especially with that last batch) but I guess that happens on the Survivor boards as well, just on a greater scale. ---------------------------------------- Now let us never speak of S3 again. Many of us enjoyed watching the show, but found it impossible to make a post without Bashing one or more of the contestants, the host, or some other aspect. You're not supposed to be mean in a Fanatics forum, so the question is really WHY do we have a Big Brother Fanatics forum and not an all-purpose forum as for TAR? That is up to Webby of course; I am just trying to answer your question... When the popularity polls (thanks Kokoro!) for a show are called "Lists of Hate"--that pretty much sums up why the Fanatics stayed slow... In fact I think the Fanatics posts from BB2 were mostly Spoilers/spec, since there was no Spoiler forum... Poor BB2, no one really loved your pathetic loozers... *checks meanness level of post and scoots out of Fanatics*   Top
