Well, that's absolutely true...but I look at Alex as a clever player who used what she had to get ahead. I assume that the cross would have flown in most seasons, and in Fiji, she might end up with a Yau-Man edit - smart, clever, and just strong enough physically to get by.The season I see her as probably the least able to win is Cook Islands. Ozzy and Yul dominated that season, and even if she made it to F3 with both of them, she'll have trouble gaining votes.
Also, she did just as much with less. Ozzy won my season with awesome physical power, a strong provider role, and a hell of a pre-game speech. Alex is no motivator, wasn't the best at physical challenges (she was good, but she wasn't beating Gardener overall...Ozzy could probably hold his own against Gardener if he's full strength) and didn't seem like the provider type unless you count starting the fire.
I give her credit for a good physical game because she won two immunity challenges. Her social game seemed almost entirely learned, and even then, it was enough to get by without making any real connections. She was no Cirie, but she was no Dr. Sean.
Really, Ozzy's social game in my story left him wide open in the end - he was all alone at F5 and saved himself by capitalizing on the dominant alliance's meltdown. It's opportunism at its finest, but no one gets by without a little luck.
GO RED WINGS!
