Noted Tracy's comment that she had to vote for Joel cause he was stuck on voting out her ally Chet, which resulted in favs number advantage. Perhaps just an attempt at self-justification for not targeting a fav, but if true has anyone done more damage to own tribe than Joel through lack of strategic sense.First sides with Tracy against Mary, then Mikey, weakening own tribe. Then is so disgusted with fans on new tribe (except for Erik) that he plots with Ozzy to vote out Chet. And has there every been a worse player than Chet. He might be a great person in outside world but he volunteered for this show. After being carried, at times dragged, this far he quits when he can actually help the ally who shielded him gain control of the game and avoid likely quick ouster herself. This assuming Ami's confession she would vote with Tracy was true. Not sure why it wouldn't be though don't believe Jason's claim he thinks he has the real II.

1. Joel should have made Tracy far more comfortable as to her status with Joel. This way Tracy would have depended more on Joel than on keeping Chet around. This also would have prevented Tracy from running off to Cerie.2. Joel should have toned down the alpha male act when talking with Ozzy who is more laid back. Because Joel acted so alpha and because Ozzy is such a machine in challenges and around camp it meant that they could end up being rivals rather than partners. This is why Cerie was able to convince Ozzy to go with Joel. 3. Joel and Eric should have been less obvious about their plans. Cerie knew that after Chet she was next and had everything gone as it was said that's exactly what would have happened. It seemed like Joel and Ozzy did a lot of talking without Cerie being present which probably added to the paranoia. All in all I think it was more about the execution rather than the plan. If Ozzy shakes on a deal then he will usually go through with it, but the guy has to feel confident that he can trust you and Joel didn't give that to him.
