FYI.. The survivor last voted off usually appears on Letterman on Thursday night, but Letterman is off this week so there will be a repeat on Thursday. Last time this happened was when Gretchen was booted and she came on the show the following Monday. Assuming the next castaway doesnt boycott the media, he/she will might be on the following Monday, if at all.

Maybe that points to Rich being booted..I know if I were Rich.. I wouldn't want to go on Dave, considering he is always asking the others about "the fat, naked guy", and wondering why no one has kicked him off yet..Maybe Richard said, "No thanks"..Ahhh, television!
