I thought Brittany was gorgeous, but once she opened her mouth I didn't like her at all. Her complete lack of understanding why Adam may not want to date a girl with a child was self-centered and immature.Agreed. Look, Adam made the proper choice in letting her go, as he has a very short time to see if he "clicks" with one girl. He certainly doesn't need the added roll of the dice on whether or not he can click with her son as well.
It would have been unfair to everyone involved to keep her around, and as others have mentioned earlier, she shouldn't have waited until the last minute to spring this very big surprise on Adam.
I found Brittany to be both beautiful and charming - right up until her "I've been shown the door to the bus" postscript.
Bottom line? She was immature and rude. She tried to make it look as though her being rejected was due to Adam being superficial, shallow, or whatever - and in reality he was being practical and shrewd. For both of them.
