Purple rock or prior votes seems to be an occasional question about how a tie may be resolved this season if it happens. If prior votes were going to count then i think Morgans would have HAD to do a normal voting scenario for Osten so HE could cast his crucial vote against a remaining player. Small spoiler value, but may help in deciding possibility of prior votes counting. BI

good thought BI, and i'm tempted to agree
but i still am not sure. afterall, i don't think we ever had another tie in S2 after Mike's accident, and although we didn't see it, they did apparently have a TC just to make it official. likewise, they may have recorded votes that we didn't get to see for Osten (of course, the question then is if Mike and/or Osten had a vote at all in those cases, or if all the remaining members got to cast votes against the departed with no penalty, or if they would have counted non-televised TC votes even if a tie eventuated later in the game)
