WTF?! This season seems to be about how well you can read the life coaches minds and guess what they want you to do! What, are they being trained to become psychics? Plus the LC's are being really mean and nasty. WTF?! I like people to give me exact instructions, instead of wasting my time trying to guess WTF they mean. Maybe they did this because they thought it would create extra drama to tell everyone how badly they are doing. I think they coaches are doing a lousy job this season. I think making Jill carry the heavy bags everywhere is just unnecessary cruelty. They are also doing a bad job of helping Allison with her self esteem. They're not giving her much information and advice about it, because obviously they're not experts on self esteem. Allison should read "Six Pillars of Self Esteem" by Nathaniel Branden. That book tells you exactly what to do to build your self esteem.
