We don't really KNOW for sure that there's even going to BE a boot this week, what with the whole splitting of episode 7 into two weeks. But just in case, perhaps we should do this thing, huh. The Rules 1. Please put the name of your choice for this week's bootee IN THE SUBJECT HEADING! This is really easy. Just erase the bit where it says "Re: SurvivorBlows Tribe, It's Time to Vote!" and replace with your vote, i.e., Rupert. This makes it easier to tally votes quickly and accurately. Oh, and btw... nicknames are tougher to tally unless they're REALLY obvious without actually reading your vote. 2. Reply ONLY to this post! Curves on women are good. Curves on vote threads are bad. The first part bears repeating: I like curves on women. Y'know, I'm not sure if I've been clear enough about this. Curves on women are really great things. EXCEPTION TO RULE 2! VOTE CHANGES! If it just so happens that you wanna change your vote for whatever reason, REPLY TO YOUR ORIGINAL POST! Your new post heading should read "VOTE CHANGE: Osten (or Whoever)". That said, there is not an exception to the fact that curves on women are good. 3. THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD! DO NOT TREAT IT AS SUCH! "Ryan O. and Shawn" EPISODE 7 – Part 1 (Day 19): The previews for this week appear to be serving up another batch of double misdirection. Much like last week, we’ve been shown that Rupert will be upset with Jon and that Andrew is once again concerned about Osten “throwing in the towel”. Double misdirection. The tribes will arrive for the challenge and be surprised by the return of the Ghost tribe. As the spoiling community has been speculating since the preseason, the Ghosties will compete for a chance to re-enter the game. The nature of the challenge and the vidcap analysis both seem to suggest a Ghost Tribe victory, recently confirmed by a tip to Survivor Phoenix and TDT: “As initially reported (see Ghost Tribe Competes), should the Ghost Tribe win, Drake and Morgan will have to vote out a player each. Since we have various spoilers of returning players, it is most likely that we will indeed see a Ghost Tribe win on Thursday. We have also learned that if it wins the mega challenge, the Ghost Tribe will then vote 2 people back in to replace the newly booted players and that individual players cannot vote for themselves. With the Ghost Tribe comprised of an equal number of ex-Drakes and ex-Morgans, it is probable that the returning players will feature one from each tribe. Descriptions by various spoilers of returning players were said to fit best Lillian and Burton.” Lillian’s return to the game as the “older woman” is supported by strong foreshadowing at the time of her boot, post boot interviews, and a reported 30 lb weight loss. Burton’s return as the “dark-haired man” is supported by the MR411 spoiler of his participation in the family visit, and his curious disappearance from the game with almost no character development. Apparently the Ghost tribe will win the challenge, after which Jeff will probably say, “See you all tonight at TC”. A few confessionals, a little talk about strategy and then it’s off to TC. Since we've got all this voting to deal with, it seems logical that all three tribes go to a special TC where each tribe does their voting.... All three tribes arrive and take a place around the fire, with the Ghosts appearing last. Jeff will explain that the Ghost tribe will vote two tribe members to return, and the Morgan and Drake must each vote to someone to the Ghost Tribe. First the Ghosties vote who will return. Lillian and Burton make sense if the tribe members are not allowed to vote for themselves and they vote along tribal lines. The Morgan Tribe will decide between Osten, the potential quitter, and Ryno, the post merge challenge threat who befriended Rupert. The VicVega spoiler, confessional analysis and misdirection for Osten, all point to Ryno as one of the new Ghosts. The Drake Tribe will decide between Jon, who betrayed Rupert and Shawn, the lazy, unliked, outsider who is an untrustworthy challenge threat post-merge. The SNN scorecard, misdirection for Jon and game logic all point to Shawn as the other new Ghost. The votes will be read, after which the Ghosts will symbolically relight their torches off those of the player they replace…because ”fire is life”. The Ghosts will take their place with their respective tribe, as Ryan and Shawn’s torches are extinguished… “The tribe has spoken” and the new Ghost tribe disappears into the night…”to be continued”… Episode 7 -- Part 2: The game continues with the Marriage/Merge celebration the next day (Day 20), followed by the first Individual IC and TC on the third day (Day 21), when a “seventh person is voted off the islands”… Krautboy   Top

I think she will be more confident of controlling Osten's voting that she will about controlling Ryan O so Ryan goes. This agrees with the spoiler that Ryan O was voted out because of a switch or something. For all the bickering between Jon and Shawn I think it's all staged like WWF and that they are really in league together. If someone want's to vote Shawn out, they'll get Jon's help. If someone wants to get Jon out they will recruite Shawn. This allows them to see boot threats coming and to make contegency plans. Knowing Jon's neck is on the Block, The Big Lie occurs this week, and Jon needs to divide Rupert and the Girls, I think Jon tells a whale of a lie that gets Rupert voted out.   Top

Rupert,Christa,Sandra are the core alliance. Rupert is controlling Drake because he has Christa's ears. Shawn backstabbed so many people too early in the game. No one will trust him. Rupert has wanted Shawn gone from Day1 and he's always said he'd lie and cheat to win. So his alliance with Shawn is null. Plus I think Jon also has a secret alliance with Sandra, and maybe with Rupert or Christa as well. TDT is sure two people are voted off this week. So for Morgan, Darrah is the obvious but Snewser has her as a final2 so she's somehow safe. Andrew and Tijuana are also super safe. And despite all the stupid unconfirmed spoilers, Rhino is safe as well. There's completely no reason for the Morgans to vote him off. Plus he has a one-on-one alliance with Andrew, the puppetmaster. Even if Lill votes at TC, it would be Osten anyway. Remember she wanted to vote for Osten when he wanted out. And if Burton goes to Morgan, there's no need to keep Osten anymore. And Burton wouldn't vote for Rhino. He said in the chat that his first alliance choice would be Rhino. We've seen him ally with Shawn right away so why wouldn't he ally with Rhino?   Top

There's simply too much spoiler evidence going out there for it to be anything other than a Shawn/RyanO exit and a Lillian/Burton entrance, and it makes a lot of sense it happens this way in the first part with an individual IC and a merged boot in part two. "Andrew" I'll stick to my speculation that GT will only compete in the reward challenges and I'm soooo hoping there won't be any returning LLLLLosers! I hope to see a regular TC. Based on the VidCaps, the episode seems to focus more on Morgan, with Andrew and Osten as mainplayers. Osten's very wussy pefrormance has brought him far in the game. His alliances are not that obvious until now, and for sure he has (look, he lasted this long!!!). Andrew is seen complaining, once again, about Osten checking out. Reminds me of Trish complaining about how rupert had so much power. Alternate: Ryan O. P.S. I happen to vote for the two people I secretly hope would be F2. Oh well . . .   Top

There are plenty of reports putting Lillian and Burton further in the game, so if we're staying even, two must leave. Shawn - Obvious Drake choice. He's on the outside, even if he saved his neck last week. Jon is safe right now because he's absolutely perfect to keep around. After merge, he'll be the first Morgan target, since they hate him after his looting trip. This fits into Sandra's strategy of finding someone else to be the target. And besides, he would be a good final 2 buddy. Rhino - We've been shown the critical comments by Andrew in Yahoo! insider to show their alliance isn't as strong as initially portrayed. Two possibilities: 1. the tribe that finishes third is eliminated, bringing all the "ghosts" back and knocking out a whole group of people that we've come to know. VERY bad TV. *or* 2. each tribe dumps one "loner" if the ghosts win. Which makes more sense? Obviously 2. And so, I vote with Krautboy for the not-at-all-obvious "obvious" solution. Rhino and Shawn get the boot. Why Shawn and not Jon? Heck, I don't know. Lillian and Burton return, simply because they are the two for whom we have evidence of a return. This covers Burton, Christa, Rupert, and Darrah as SAFE this week. As posted by Veruca recently, this was also learned... And as far as Lil getting back into the game, yes she does, her husband Lonnie flew with the rest of the loved ones. If you don't believe me, watch the show......... That obviously means Lillian is SAFE. This also means that Lil and Burton are our two returnees. So, who does that leave? Sandra is looking pretty good right now. She's in a major alliance, with Rupert as a shield. Diagnosis: SAFE Tijuana seems to be the person pulling the strings at Morgan IMO. I really don't see Osten, Andrew, Darrah, or Ryan O turning on her. SAFE Osten is suddenly very interesting... He suddenly was downgraded on Snewser's scorecard. Granted, that was two episodes ago, but I don't feel the situation has changed yet for the Morgan tribe. We were not shown how Ryan O wants to keep Darrah around. One castaway makes a momentuous decision, right? I think this is basically Osten wanting to quit. Since we're coming into the merge, I can see Andrew wanting to finally get rid of the crybaby. He points that out to Darrah and Ryno, and the deal is done. Would they tell Tijuana? Perhaps. It doesn't really matter. TROUBLE If Andrew wanted to boot Osten, it may very well backfire. Andrew tells Darrah, Darrah tells Tijuana, Tijuana tells Osten. Darrah, Osten, Tijuana vote out Andrew. TROUBLE Lately, I haven't been buying into the Ryan O theory as much. The VicVega spoiler has already been wrong twice, and PM's spoiler wasn't rock solid either. However, I can see a Ryan boot too. Andrew may be irked by Ryan's plot to keep Darrah and vote him off. TROUBLE Jon and Shawn are the biggest possibilities on Drake. It really depends on who Drake wants to get rid of. Jon seems like the obvious boot. However, with Burton coming back into the game, why would they keep Shawn? Especially with the merge coming soon! If I found out that one of our boot candidate's ally is coming back, I'd vote off the potential threat. Also, the Big Lie has definitely not happened yet, but I think it's coming VERY SOON (What The?). If Jon is the Big Liar, how could the lie be brilliant, if he gets voted off this week? These reasons make me believe that Shawn and Osten will get the boot this week. Quite ironic too (which I love!) since Shawn would be giving his fire to Burton and Osten would be giving it to Lil, who voted against him. I might change my vote though to just one of them though. Didn't one of the previews say something about "another person is voted out of the tribe"?   Top

For Drake the choice is between Jon and Shawn. Trish can yap all she wants about Sandra and Christa wanting Rupert out too, but not with the spectre of Burton on the horizon they don't. The combination of Burton possibly reuniting with old buddy Shawn and the fact that they all know that Morgan hates Jon's ass, thus making him a target for their merger boot, make this a no-brainer for them. For Morgan the key is Jeff's little slip-up talking about how it's an interesting 3 days for Osten coming up. It's pretty much a forgone conclusion that the 2-part episode takes place over 3 days, meaning 7a likely only takes place on Day 19. Rhino and Osten are the targets.
