"RE: Episode 4 Vote here: The next bootee" I'm gonna go out on a limb here - I think the scolding is for the guys. They win - but then get in trouble for the fake autographs (which is technically fraud isnt it). The person who is the leader will go home tonight for the women. If they are in charge of running a restaurant wouldnt it make sense to pick Kristi - unless they dont know what the project is. I think they pick Kristi and she goes home when they lose.   Top

Not only is it fraud, but it makes them appear incredibly bigotted and small minded. They use their African American team mate to pose as an athlete? Why? Because he's black? That will just make them look like such idiots. Those previews are completely misleading sometimes. I do think the women will lose...but Kristi won't go. Trump is not going to automatically fire the project leader. But Kristi will lead the task and she'll probably take Ereka/Katrina (they are one person in my mind so they are now Erekatrina) and Heidi with her. My guess for the bootee is Ereka. Both she and Katrina showed really scary levels of volatility. Kristi seems to be totally above that...as well as irritated by it. Omarosa will stay around until it comes time to merge with the men. I'd hesitate a little before sending Bowie out to pass himself off as a football player -- although now that I think about it, he has at least a superficial resemblance to a certain Goose. Of the remaining males, Kwame arguably has the best chance of pulling off that particular con based on looks and build alone, and he thinks fast enough on his feet to sell the role. It's still fraud, though. (Imagine, just for a moment, that Sam was still around. Now imagine that they sent him out as their faux pro. 'Me? I'm off the World Poker Tour. Just stopped off in Manhattan to cut a few promos. Wanna see my game face?' (Displays 'I was just fired' eyes.)) (People would be giving Versacorp money to take him away.) In the work place, appearance counts as much as actuality. How many offices have gone all out to provide employees with sensitivity training courses so as to avoid any potential lawsuits. That's why, if the choose Kwaami to pose as an athlete, it could APPEAR as though they chose him because he's black. Troy and Bill are both well built and attractive...so why not choose one of them? I'm caucasian. I've worked in plenty of environments where even the APPEARANCE of impropriety can backfire on you, no matter what your INTENTIONS are.   Top

No one ever said that only one intern could be fired at a time. You heard it here first folks. Even if the men just allow people to get the mistaken impression (how could that innocently happen?) that Kwame is a celebrity (what non-celebrities offer their autographs?), I don't think that Trump would buy your P.T. Barnum philosophy. More important, personal integrity will be a determining factor in who eventually wins this competition and the importance of serving the needs of the customer has already been established (Just ask Jason). I don't think that Trump will consider tricking the customers of this restaurant who fall for this ruse to be an acceptable business strategy. I look for a bloodbath in the men's team.   Top

But the smug look on Heidi's face suggests that this chastising takes place when the women are not at immediate risk, so I'm going to suggest that the men lose their 4th straight. I hope Kwame's not the one to take the fall, so I'm going to say that the project manager who leads them to yet another failure is going to be the one taking the fall. So my pick for the victim is limited to Bill, Nick and Bowie. To me, the idea of using a fake sports star sounds more like something Bill would come up with, so I'm choosing him as my boot pick. Myguess is that someone came up to him mistaking him for an athlete and he goes along with the mistaken identity ruse ONCE. Cut to Nick (or whomever) yelling "Get your Kwaami (last name) autogrpahed football here" as sort of a ribbng to Kwaamit. I don't think they really resort to that. Women, hopefully, lose.
