PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

Okay I want you guys to take a gander at the thing that looks like a large animal with mouth agape, (no not Rich) first on a rock
and then on the grill.
Have we seen them cooking anything this large yet and what the heck is it anyway? It looks like a paw sticking up in front of Kelly's leg~!In a post on SS, more specifically 7o62x39 Aug-17-00, 11:12 AM (Central) "Do we have any E13 photos?" They show the first pic and ask, "? - did we see this seen, E12?" <-----(not my misspelling) Check it out peeps, what do you make of these two photos?~Wallflower

It is a large tree root. It doesn't really look like any kind of animal but there are a few other reasons why I say it isn't an animal. First off you would normally skin an animal before you cook it. Secondly, they were eating rats after just a few days on the island because they hadn't been able to catch any fish. If there had been any other animals they could eat, I think they would have made a much bigger effort to catch them before eating rat. Lastly, in the rules of the show state it states:"Only designated fruits, vegetables and marine life are allowed to be harvested as food." http://www.cbs.com/network/tvshows/mini/survivor/show/rules.shtml Granted rats aren't covered in that rule so there must have been an exception made for them, probably because eating rats makes dramatic TV, but I don't think any animal other than rats would be allowed. -- Rat -- The other white meat --

That is, in fact, a monitor lizard. These 4 remaining contestants were caught by Probst, who, after eating his fill, disqualified the lot of them and awarded the win to BB. BB was so excited that he washed out his shirt in the lizard's innards.
