FRIDAY, MAY 13 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK LOS ANGELES, April 29 -- "Survivor: Palau" castoff Jeff Wilson, who asked his tribemates to save themselves by voting him off after he sustained a sprained ankle, makes his acting debut on the Number One rated daytime drama, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, Friday, May 13 (12:30-1:30 PM, ET; 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network. Wilson will play a poolboy employed by Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), who takes an interest in Katherine's granddaughter, Mackenzie (Rachel Kimsey). THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, recently nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series, has been the Number One rated daytime drama for the past 15 years and recently celebrated its 31st anniversary. The show broadcasts weekdays (12:30-1:30 PM, ET; 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network and is produced by Bell Dramatic Serial Company in association with Sony Pictures Television.
