That is one gorgeous kitty. I just hope your kitty(s) didn't see you reading about it. I know mine doesn't cotton to that type of thing. As far as being big.... well sure he gets to 30 pounds on that frame but my girl is working toward 30 lbs. as we speak. (Sleep all day, no exercise, sunbathe, snack, sleep.. ) Oh wait, were we talkin' about cats here?....

Random thoughts:1) It's gorgeous 2) Assuming they really mean an Asian Leopard and not a Bengal cat, they are, imo, being extremely irresponsible. The Asian Leopard is regulated as an endangered species under Appendix II of CITES. 3) It's an accident waiting to happen in houses with small children. 4) If you want an exotic why not just get a Serval? Other than the N. African Serval they're not considered endangered, and they're fairly easily tamed. Besides, there are a number of breeders in the U.S. and they're way less expensive than this. Tribe sent springtime flowers! blogging's scary

Yep, some people just gotta be able to pay some outrageous amount for something.I've never quite figured out how the people that charge like $500 for a hair cut or $400 an hour as a personal trainer or several thousand dollars for a designer anything get the balls to charge so much when the going rate for the same thing/service anywhere else is really pretty reasonable. I mean I know the $40 haircuts I get are often better than the $8 cut, bu then the people at the $40 a cut place usually have been doing it longer and have more years of ongoing training than the kids fresh out of school that work at the $8 place. I can't figure out what would be worth an additional $400 in a hair do? I understand why stuff that takes 8 hours costs a lot like braids, etc, but... I mean I know sometimes something that is a bit more expensive than usual might have a more expensive material in it (like a cashmere sweater is going to cost more than regular wool) but it always astounds me what some things can cost as not all things with that "luxury" material are exceedingly expensive. Do you start out charging an outrageous amount because you know there are people out there that will pay that much just to say they pay that much or did these peeps start out doing normal things at normal prices and just are so amazing at what they do they moved up the cost? I mean it seems you only get celebrities and rich people to use you for something if you are hideously overpriced so I almost think you have to decide to charge an outrageous fee from the get go and just hope you are expensive enough to feel exclusive enough that people will pay anything just to say they could. Summertribe and the living is easy!
